Job description
KidStrong Texas is seeking a motivated Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to support our General Manager in growing the center and delivering top-tier athletic programming.
This hybrid role blends outbound sales with hands-on coaching on the mats, helping kids build confidence, skills, and healthy habits.
You will coach 8–10 classes weekly, handle front-desk inquiries and registrations, and mentor staff to sustain strong class sizes and high member retention.
