Job description
Voltage Park, a fast-growing enterprise AI factory, seeks a sharp, business-minded lawyer to own the commercial contract lifecycle, including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor agreements.
You will partner with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Security to accelerate deal cycles while mitigating risk, with a deep focus on IP licensing and data privacy in AI and cloud contexts. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco with 2 days in the office.
