Job description
Withum is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Lead Consultant to join our TAS practice. This professional will lead and execute tax due diligence and structuring engagements for private equity and strategic clients across various industries.
You will work directly with clients, target company management teams, and engagement leadership, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the practice.
