Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across a defined market. You will drive modern hiring practices, build pipelines, and partner with store leaders to deliver a superior candidate experience.
This hybrid role requires strong data storytelling, change management, and the ability to influence decisions at all levels. Travel up to 50% and a focus on multi-site operations in the Cambridge area.
