Job description
Fletcher Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator for a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will coordinate nursing care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation for each Resident.
Qualifications include a current State Nurse License and CPR certification; preferred one year of long-term care experience and extensive knowledge of the MDS process. Join our team to support high-quality resident care and compliance.
