Job description
Hope’s Door New Beginning Center (HDNBC) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping victims of domestic abuse with safety, healing, advocacy, and prevention. The Chief Operating Officer oversees HR, recruitment, facilities, insurance, risk management, and day-to-day operational infrastructure across multiple locations.
The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Executive Leadership Team to drive organizational efficiency.
