Job description
One Medical in Mill Valley, CA is seeking a qualified Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join a hybrid, full‑time primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and perform occasional tele-health visits with in-office and virtual care collaboration.
Applicants must have CA licensure, completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, and 2 years outpatient primary care (or 1 year with a 1‑year fellowship/urgent care
