Adventist Health Bakersfield is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN to join our collaborative Labor & Delivery team in Central California.
Choose between a Laborist-only schedule or a Hybrid clinic+laborist model, with base compensation of $453,000–$500,000 plus incentives. Comprehensive benefits, relocation and sign-on options support a balanced, patient‑centered practice. CA license required or eligibility; BC/BE preferred.
