Job description
Zanskar is seeking an In-House Paralegal / Contract & Compliance Lead to join our Salt Lake City hybrid team. This role reports to the In-House Counsel and focuses on optimizing contract workflows, mitigating legal risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance across a growing geothermal portfolio.
The role requires strong collaboration with HR, finance, and external counsel, with opportunities to shape a scalable contract framework in a fast-paced environment.
