Fredrikson & Byron in Des Moines, IA (hybrid with Minneapolis) seeks a patent attorney with 2–6 years of patent prosecution experience to join our Intellectual Property Group and oversee diverse portfolios across technologies.
Ideal candidates hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, USPTO registration, and an active U.S. license; Minnesota or Iowa licensure is expected. Remote-friendly arrangements are available.
