Job description
Crossroads Treatment Centers in Greenville, SC seeks a Patient Access Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients. You’ll answer calls, schedule visits, and provide program information in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Training occurs in-office downtown Greenville with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, then potential hybrid/remote options based on performance. Experience in healthcare or call centers is preferred.
