Job description
UW Health in Middleton, WI is seeking a Patient Experience Consultant focused on supporting the Patient & Family Advisor program. The consultant will coordinate relationships between PFAs, staff, and advisory councils to ensure meaningful patient voice integration across the organization.
You will manage PFA recruitment and onboarding, coordinate virtual advising, maintain the PFA database, and support improvement initiatives with data insights and communications.
