Job description
Gold Group in Southampton is seeking a HR Pay and Reward Manager to oversee a large-scale payroll remediation programme. You will administer payments, explain complex pay calculations, and communicate clearly with around 3,000 staff.
The role requires strong payroll knowledge, experience with statutory payments, pensions, tax, and National Insurance, plus the ability to produce guidance and respond to employee queries.
