Tops Markets is seeking a Hybrid Clinical & Community Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team in the Hudson Valley. This role blends community pharmacy duties with clinical services, immunizations, and medication management across multiple Tops locations, delivering patient care while expanding pharmacy services.
Candidates must be a state-licensed pharmacist and able to travel between stores; strong communication and teamwork are essential.
