Job description
Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a New Jersey-licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide a combination of onsite and telehealth psychiatric services. The selected provider will work onsite at our partner adult day center in Asbury Park one day per week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
