Job description
Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a New Jersey-licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide onsite and telehealth services. Onsite work in Asbury Park is one day per week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with additional telehealth visits as needed.
The role requires experience in outpatient behavioral health, strong documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
