Job description
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for Utah locations in the Greater Salt Lake City area, including Draper. 2+ years PMHNP experience, Utah licensure with PMHNP certification, prescriptive authority, and DEA required. Experience with adults and/or child/adolescent populations and both medication management and therapy.
Hybrid role: 2-3 days in office, 1-2 remote. Competitive compensation with full benefits and sign-on bonus for full-time staff.
