Job description
LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Utah. Must have 2 years PMHNP experience, Utah license, Prescriptive Authority and DEA. Compensation ranges from $195,000 to $251,000 annually with a productivity-based model and a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office, 1-2 remote). Full benefits are included.
