Job description
LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) in Utah for a hybrid, full-time role. You will provide medication management and therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents, with 2 years of PMHNP experience preferred and a Utah license with PMHNP certification.
