Job description
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our Tigard, OR area offices. The role offers hybrid telemedicine and in-person care, with compensation that can exceed $298,000–$348,000 per year based on productivity.
You will provide medication management and psychotherapy to adults, children, and adolescents within a supported clinical team. Applicants must hold an Oregon PMHNP license, an active DEA, and reside within commuting distance of the clinic.
