Job description
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Utah to join our clinical team. The PMHNP will provide medication management and therapy for adult and/or child/adolescent populations within a unified mental health care approach.
Qualified candidates have Utah PMHNP certification, prescriptive authority, and DEA registration, with 2+ years of PMHNP experience preferred.
