Job description
LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in the Greater Salt Lake City area for a full-time hybrid role (2–3 days in office, 1–2 remote). The position offers generous compensation and benefits with a productivity-based model.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years PMHNP experience, Utah PMHNP license and prescriptive authority, DEA, and experience in both medication management and psychotherapy for adults and/or children/adolescents.
