Job description
LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in the Greater Salt Lake City area, Utah. We offer a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office, 1-2 days remote) with above-market compensation and full benefits.
We seek PMHNPs with at least 2 years of experience, valid Utah licensure, and PMHNP certification. DEA and prescriptive authority are required. Pediatric/adolescent focus is a plus and bilingual skills are a bonus.
