Job description
Fusion Care Group is seeking a California-licensed PMHNP to join our outpatient behavioral health team. The role is telehealth / hybrid, offering flexibility for remote assessments and 2-3 days in-person visits at our San Diego offices.
You will work under a board-certified psychiatrist delivering psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications, collaborating with therapists
