Job description
Third Street Family Health Services is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients across the lifespan. The role supports telehealth and onsite care in a hybrid Mansfield, OH setting.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to treat mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and serious mental illness within a Federally Qualified Health Center environment.
