Job description
LifeStance Health seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in Utah. The role supports adult and adolescent patients with medication management and therapy, operating in a hybrid model with 2–3 days in the office and 1–2 days remote.
We offer above-market compensation, full benefits, and a sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Candidates must be Utah-licensed PMHNP with prescriptive authority and DEA eligibility.
