Job description
Banner Health seeks a Population Health Clinical Pharmacist to review medication prior authorization requests against clinical criteria, review chart notes and labs, and decide on approvals or denials, documenting decisions with standard templates.
This hybrid, day-shift role requires collaboration across departments, interaction with providers, and occasional on-call rotations. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (AZ time); on-call, weekend and holiday rotations may apply.
