Hybrid Primary Care NP/PA — In-Office & Telehealth

Job description

One Medical, a primary care leader in Berkeley, CA, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage diverse patient panels across acute, chronic, and preventive visits. You will treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health, while continuously learning through Clinical Rounds and collaborative team huddles.

The role requires completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification and California licensure by start date.
