Job description
One Medical in Portland, OR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our full-time, on-site team at Pearl Clinic. You will manage a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care, performing in-office visits and occasional telehealth as needed.
You bring accredited NP/PA training with national certification, 2+ years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care), and Oregon state licensure by start date.
