Job description
Carle seeks a clinician to deliver hybrid primary care coverage (0.5 FTE) and manage inbox duties (0.5 FTE) at Windsor Primary Care in Urbana, IL. Responsibilities include acute care, follow-up after hospitalization, and ensuring continuity of care until patients see their PCP.
