Job description
UNM Medical Group, Inc. seeks a staff psychiatrist for a part-time to full-time (0.8FTE-1.0FTE) position at an MDC Site. The role combines tele-psychiatry with on-site assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for inmates referred by medical or clinical staff.
The psychiatrist will prepare written histories and treatment summaries, and report to the site Psychiatric Director. Security clearance and board eligibility are considered, with a focus on diversity and community alignment.
