McGuireWoods LLP has an opening for a Private Equity and Corporate Transactional Paralegal in our Dallas, Texas office. This role provides legal support services, including drafting corporate formation and ancillary transaction documents, filing corporate and UCC documents, assisting with closing and post-closing tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree (or five years of relevant work experience), paralegal certification preferred, excellent written and verbal communication
