Job description
Sign-on Bonus up to $10,000.We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioner to join our growing behavioral health team in Sterling, Virginia. This hybrid role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality,patient-centered psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adultsthrough a combination of onsite and telehealth services.The PMHNP will beresponsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developingindividualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing medication management ina collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
Schedule Requirements
Minimum commitment of 12hours per week
At least 5 hours per weekonsite

Qualifications
Active and unrestrictedPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
Board Certification as aPMHNP (PMHNP-BC) through ANCC or AANP
DEA license and Virginia State Prescriptive Authority
Minimum of 2 years ofindependent experience as a PMHNP
At least 1 year ofexperience working with children, adolescents, or young adults
Proficiency with EHR systemsand Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Reliable computer, phone,and high-speed internet for telehealth services
