Job description
Sign-on Bonus up to $10,000.We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to joinour interdisciplinary team in Frederick, Maryland. This role focuses ondelivering high-quality, integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents,and young adults through a collaborative, mission-driven model.

Schedule & Work Model
40 hours per week
15 hours required duringafter-school hours (after 4 PM or weekends)
Hybrid: up to 3 days onsiteweekly
Hybrid Structure
Minimum 10 clinical hoursonsite
Up to 7 clinical hoursconducted remotely
Administrative hourscompleted remotely
Flexible scheduling alignedwith patient needs
Minimum 10 hours during peak“after-school” times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $135,000 -$145,000
Total Earning Potential: Upto $175,000+ annually
Additional earnings of $100per clinical hour beyond base caseload

Qualifications
Master’s degree from anaccredited nursing program
Board certification as aPMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
Minimum of 1 year ofindependent psychiatric experience under licensure
Active Maryland PMHNP/APRNlicense
DEA registration and stateprescriptive authority
Ability to work onsite forat least 10 clinical hours per week
Flexibility to work duringafter-school hours (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends)
Access to reliabletechnology (personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet)
