Job description
Geode Health is expanding its outpatient psychiatric care team in Texas. We seek an Advance Practice Provider (Psych PA or PMHNP) to conduct evaluations, craft treatment plans, manage medications, and provide psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
This role offers a hybrid schedule with three onsite days and two telehealth days, no night or weekend shifts. You will work with a collaborative integrated care team, supported by analytics to track outcomes and improve patient care.
