Merz Aesthetics is seeking an R&D Project Management Associate Director to lead cross-functional programs supporting geographic expansion, post-market lifecycle management, and development file maintenance for commercialized products from its Raleigh, NC PMO.
You will guide regulatory, clinical, quality, and commercial teams, manage budgets, milestones, and risk, and ensure timelines meet submissions and launches, with a focus on strategic governance and continuous process improvements.
