Texas Oncology Sammons Cancer Center in Dallas is seeking a Radiation Oncology Nurse Navigator to support the Virtual Care Program in a hybrid setting. Onsite at 3410 Worth Street, Dallas, TX 75246 with two days in clinic weekly. Typical hours are Mon-Fri 8a-5p, with remote days from home within a commutable distance.
The role leads coordinating multidisciplinary care, guiding patients from decision through completion, and ensuring timely, patient-centered care per applicable standards.
