Job description
Texas Oncology Sammons Cancer Center in Dallas is seeking a Radiation Oncology Nurse Navigator to support the Virtual Care Program in a hybrid role. Onsite at Sammons Cancer Center two days per week, with remote days from home within commuting distance; typical hours Monday–Friday 8a–5p.
The Navigator provides clinical nursing care, guides patients from decision through treatment, coordinates with physicians, APs and staff to ensure timely, patient-centered care and adherence to safety
