Job description
Texas Oncology in Dallas is seeking a Radiation Oncology Nurse Navigator to join the Hybrid Virtual Care Program. Onsite presence is required at Sammons Cancer Center, with two days per week in-office and remote days from home within a commutable distance.
The Navigator provides clinical nursing care, guides patients through treatment decisions, coordinates multidisciplinary care, and addresses barriers to care in collaboration with physicians and staff.
