Job description
IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a Recruiter to fill mission critical electrical roles across craft and leadership positions. This hybrid/remote role requires building relationships with management, HR, and external partners to staff projects with qualified candidates.
The recruiter will manage the full cycle from posting jobs to maintaining ATS updates, while ensuring compliance with hiring policies and local laws. Travel is expected quarterly as needed.
