Job description
RPM Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of properties. You will lead on-site teams, drive performance, and ensure alignment with business plans.
You will recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff, coordinate with HR, and manage client relationships while delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans. Hybrid work arrangement in Chicago area.
