Job description
Texas Oncology is seeking a Regional Nurse Manager (RN) to support the West Texas Region. This full-time role is hybrid with ~40% travel across El Paso, Midland, Odessa, Amarillo, Wichita Falls, Abilene, and other markets.
The RN will advise clinicians, develop training programs, and ensure operations comply with the organization's standards and the US Oncology Compliance Program. Requires BSN/MSN, RN license, and oncology leadership experience.
