Job description
Influencer Ltd in New York is seeking an experienced People Partner to support the charge of the rapidly growing regional People function. You will partner with the People Director to shape and implement our global people strategy and ensure a best-in-class employee experience.
You will build strong relationships with heads of departments, manage onboarding to offboarding, advise on benefits and payroll, and help scale processes across the region while advancing DEIB initiatives and culture.
