Job description
RLDatix is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team, supporting healthcare customers in achieving maximum value from RLDatix solutions. This hybrid or remote role focuses on onboarding, account health, adoption, and renewal management.
You’ll develop success plans, analyze CSAT data, and collaborate with the account team to drive satisfaction, usage, and long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations worldwide.
