Job description
Thompson Coburn LLP is seeking a full-time Senior Manager of Legal Recruiting & Integration to lead the recruiting and integration initiatives across multiple offices. Hybrid-remote work is eligible after training, with responsibility for lateral partner hires, office growth, and group acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will be a subject-matter expert in legal recruiting with strong data-driven analysis to improve talent lifecycle operations.
