Job description
Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Network & Infrastructure Commercial Transactions to join the Global Legal team. You will advise cross-functional teams on complex commercial contracts integral to Akamai's global platform.
In this role you will draft and negotiate data center leases, interconnections, bandwidth and HW/SW/IaaS/SaaS agreements, manage risk, and develop templates and negotiation positions for infrastructure transactions across regions.
