Leap is seeking an HR Business Partner, Retail to support a fast-moving multi-state retail workforce. You will advise Retail Directors and Managers on people-related matters, conduct investigations, and help grow a high-performance culture across stores and HQ.
You are an active builder who partners to implement policy, drive change, and ensure compliant, fair treatment for all team members. Role requires in-office NYC presence.
