Job description
Littleflowerny is seeking a Nurse Case Manager (RN/LPN) in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on coordinating medical and mental health care for foster children aged birth to 21, developing individual care plans, and advocating for the child within a multidisciplinary team.
