Job description
Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) PRN to join our team. This hybrid role supports patients in inpatient and ED settings, focusing on appropriate care, discharge planning, and coordination.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document activities, and ensure smooth transfers; a current RN license in AZ or compact state is required, with ADN or higher, BLS, and CM experience preferred.
