Job description
UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Utilization Case Manager to serve Milwaukee County with occasional coverage in surrounding counties. The role offers hybrid work options, with about 25% field-based visits to member homes within the Milwaukee area.
The position requires an RN licensed in Wisconsin, 2+ years in hospital or home health, and travel up to 25%. You will perform assessments, coordinate care, educate members, and work with Medical Directors to ensure compliant, high-quality care.
